Han Ruiqi is currently the Director of the International Office at the Hamburg University of Music, where he is responsible for international institutional exchanges and cooperation, and is committed to expanding global music education resources.

With rich experience in international music education and cultural exchange, he has successfully promoted several international cooperation projects. He has facilitated cooperation agreements between the Hamburg University of Music and several Chinese universities, including:

- Zhejiang Conservatory of Music
- School of Arts at Zhejiang Normal University
- Shanghai University of Music

These partnerships have deepened Sino-German music education exchanges.

Han Ruiqi has also promoted and organized a series of high-quality summer and winter music camps in Germany and Switzerland for schools in Shanghai. These programs offer international music and arts students valuable learning and performance opportunities.

Since 2018, he has coordinated international study tours for over 100 Chinese students annually, further enhancing cross-border youth exchange and cultural understanding in music education.
