Xue Ming is a leading figure in transnational education and international student mobility, with over a decade of experience designing and managing Sino-foreign education partnerships.

Since 2012, he has served as the China Admissions Officer for LASALLE College of the Arts and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in Singapore, two of Southeast Asia's premier creative arts institutions.

From 2018 to 2021, he was Principal of the Changzhou Campus of Beijing Foreign Studies University International. Beginning in 2026, he will serve as Principal of the International Department at Changzhou Qian Xuesen Science and Technology High School.

His major initiatives include:
- Building school partnerships between LASALLE, NAFA and Chinese art institutions
- Facilitating a university MOU between LASALLE, NAFA and Yangzhou Polytechnic University
- Launching a Sino-foreign IoT education program between MDIS Singapore and Jiangsu Urban Construction Vocational College

His work has expanded global study opportunities for Chinese students and enhanced international academic collaboration.
