With over two decades of distinguished experience in international education, Ningning Fan (also known as Nina) is a seasoned expert in forging transnational partnerships and delivering high-impact international student recruitment strategies. As the Managing Director of AEL, she leads a network of globally connected education professionals and provides strategic direction across Asia-Pacific and European markets.
Nina has an extensive track record of designing and implementing successful International Student Exchange programs, enabling seamless student transitions between leading institutions across China, Spain, and Germany. Notably, she has facilitated articulation pathways between institutions such as the University of Cadiz, the University of Malaga and the Centre of Music & Language in Hanover.
She is fluent in Mandarin and German, allowing her to possess deep cultural fluency essential for cross-border educational diplomacy. Nina is also the founder of Qingdao REAP International Cultural & Education Exchange Pty Ltd, where she continues to play a pivotal role in advancing student mobility and cultural exchange.
Her influence extends through a robust offshore agent network. She collaborates with leading education agencies, including New Oriental and JJL Overseas Education.
Nina holds a bachelor’s degree from Tianjin Foreign Studies University, one of China's premier foreign language and international relations studies institutions. This further underlines her capability to lead in multicultural educational landscapes.
